I did it π Slow but steady and 2nd attempt after reaching week 7 a year ago. My rest day often stretched to 5/6 days with a bit of yoga in between to stretch out my not-so -young body! My 30 mins achieves about 4k, so perhaps I should call myself a C24K graduate? So, now to keep it up and perhaps to then slowly progress to 5k πββοΈπ

Itβs recommended to consolidate for a few weeks by not going beyond 30 minutes running. After that you could build up to 5k by adding a couple of minutes to one run each week. Iβve found doing some shorter, faster runs with hills and intervals a really fun way to keep things interesting. Try some new routes. Ditch the podcast and enjoy running with no commentary. Itβs totally up to you!
