Week 5 run 3

What a step up ( spoiler alert look away now if you don’t know the contents of the week 5 runs).. felt a raft of emotions. Joy and oddly tearful. Can’t believe I am doing this and still here . Have a fabulous weekend all

Congratulations on hitting that milestone. That’s a huge achievement and very understandable to be feeling a lot of emotions. Onwards as you’re doing and you’ll be graduating before you know it

Congratulations.

It is a psychological step up, but is actually the shortest workout since W3, so physically the programme has prepared you for it.

If you cannot get your head round that, this breakdown of W5 may help healthunlocked.com/couchto5... and explains the progressive basis of the plan.

Keep running, keep smiling.

Well done you. Enjoy it as much as you can and use it next time when out and not feeling positive. You can do it .

Your post comes from the heart. As another middleaged mum, I get it. We somehow lose the belief in ourselves, yet this incredible program gifts it back to us. You are doing amazing. Proud of you!! 👏
