Well, that was an interesting run. I didn't have my ear buds with me so I had to hold Denise in my hand which worked better than expected. Then I inadvertently joined the end of an organised run and was congratulated for finishing - that was a nice touch!
Seriously though, it was an enjoyable run, and I am feeling good. And most importantly, my knee is holding up well ππββοΈ

Cool run all round. Canβt beat accidentally gate crashing an organised run. Did you get a medal? ππ . Seriously, they sound like a very friendly bunch.
I did my very first run without headphones and it is very doable. I prefer to have my phone stashed now I donβt have to think about intervals any more.
I think the app slowly weans you off comments from your βcoachβ. I mostly find it disrupts my flow now. I did think that I would really miss it when Iβm finished but I think that I will probably be happy to go and just run. Or have zombies π§ββοΈ. Think that will be fun too.
Gatecrashed rather than actually joined it, tbh! But when I've graduated, I might well look into doing Parkrun or other organised runs, who knows what I'll be capable of ππββοΈ
