Welcome and well done getting started. You should expect to feel smug often… and to amaze yourself with how awesome you are. Enjoy your journey.

Well done completing the hardest run of the programme.

You should expect to be constantly amazed with your progress and doing things you never thought you'd ever be capable of.

You should expect to see an increase in the amount of garish fluorescence in your wardrobe.

You should expect to have ongoing debates with yourself as to whether or not yo really need another pair of running shoes (the answer is "yes" BTW)

You should expect amazing levels of advice, support and encouragement from the other users of this site, both the experienced runners and those going through the programme with you; be that ahead, behind or at the same stage.

Welcome to the club.
