Only taken me 3 months but not in a rush. However I must say that I do feel tired. Not trying to achieve 5km, just 30 minutes shuffling. So far none of my injuries are causing issues. In fact I'm pleasantly surprised, no knee or back issues, have lost 6 kg so my bmi is in the normal range woohoo.

Well done on the running and the weight loss. That’s a huge achievement. You’re nearly there

2 more runs to go and your hard work will have been worth it. You can do this keep in mind you are running towards that graduation badge and dedicate your run to someone this also keeps you going.Just keep shuffling it’s not about distance or speed at this stage. Good luck
