Really pleased with myself completed week six run 1. but just wondering when it all comes together and running feels easier and normal. 😁

Well done. That one is apparently a challenge so you did great getting it done and dusted 👏

Well done. But I bet it has already become easier hasn't it? Imagine stopping now after a 60 or 90 second interval, you'd be thinking 'is that it?'. So you have improved, but you're still increasing the difficulty in the total amount of running time, so it's no wonder it doesn't feel that easy yet. But after this week the amount of increase isn't so big (as a percentage of your total running time), and the continuous runs may mean it feels slightly easier. Just keep going, and look back at the early weeks and see how easy they seem now and be proud of what you've already achieved.
Plus, obviously - keep it slow. I failed at that last night, I ran too fast at the start and barely completed the 5k, despite generally being comfortable running further and on hillier ground. Make sure you're not pushing too hard as that makes the run far less enjoyable - I needed that reminder last night too!

Very well done with the tricky intervals there.
The act of running gets gradually easier from the very start, but this plan is all about progression, so it may not feel that way. If you think about it though, the run before this one you did 20 minutes… and you couldn’t do that on day 1.
It may stay pretty challenging right to the end of week 9 (and possibly a little beyond). Once you have graduated there is no rush to step up the duration/distance, in fact it is strongly recommended that you don’t. Once the progression is paused the same run should start to feel more comfortable to finish… and one day you will be able to go out for an easy 5k run.
Right now, it’s not normal, and it’s not easy… but the extra pride you can take when beating each individual challenge will boost you… take time to celebrate every achievement.
