How come the time seemed shorter?

Day one of week 2. And I’m Feeling great. I was worried that I would struggle with the extra time but it actually seemed to go quicker than week 1. I’m not complaining. I love how energised and positive I’m feeling right now. Normally dull cloud covered rainy days make me depressed but today I feel happy. Despite running in the rain I’m Looking forward to my next run. So far so good …

Great news. Always fantastic when a run feels good. And running in the rain can actually be quite nice if it’s not cold and windy. Onwards and upwards.

Running in the rain makes me feel like a hero! Wonderful you’ve had such a positive start. Be mentally prepared that sometimes it will feel like more of a slog and that’s still ok. Those runs where everything feels great are absolutely golden. Celebrate today’s run-you’re smashing it!

Well done.

In W1 you run for 8 minutes walk for 20.5, whereas in W2 you run for 9 minutes and walk for 20 minutes, so overall there is very little difference.

Time flies when you are enjoying yourself.

That's the best, looking forward to the next! I remember really liking week 2, suddenly realise, I'm going to do this. Well done for starting the programme. I look forward to following your progression!

I think that although the total running time is fractionally longer, because there are fewer intervals it all feels like it's over much quicker. Although getting out into the rain is hard, the fresh air really helps the mood, so well done on getting out there anway. Glad you're finding it so positive.

I find a half hour walk takes longer than a half hour run… or at least it seems to!

Great job out there.
