How far we have come

Hi all. I was feeling a bit worried about being able to complete W6R3 tonight, I know I have done every session prior and so have prepared and done everything I should to be able to do it but it doesn't stop me worrying about it. I know this board and everyone on it is so supportive too but it's just down to me to do it and a got a bit jittery.

So it got me thinking about how far I have come already, and I put the attached spreadsheet together showing the whole plan and it really does help visualise how well I've done. Hope some of you may find it useful too. I'm going to stick it to my fridge and tick off each run until I get to the smileys at the end!! :)

p.s. To see the plan in full in all it's glory might seem a bit daunting, if it puts anyone off, which it may have done with me at the beginning, you honestly CAN do it, just think about one session at a time and before you know it a week will have passed, then another and another. I really had my doubts at the beginning if I would be able to handle it as I am very overweight and was definately a couch potato at the start, but here I am at week 6. I would have never considered putting the full schedule together when I started as I really did not think I would get this far. If I can do it anyone can. x

I remember looking at the details of the course and thinking - week 2 is hard, 30 minutes - I'll never do that! But you are right, it is amazing - transformational.

The only thing I'd add to your spread sheet (which I can't really see sorry) is a mood icon to let yourself know that you've run through bad runs and good runs and that overall it just gets better!
