It's six months since I started Couch25k which I finished in the 9 weeks. I have been running ever since building up to my current 3 x 1hr each week. Definitely would not have believed 6 months ago I would be saying that. It's amazing what you can do if you try . I'm looking forward to running in warmer weather & seeing if I can make a year

That is very impressive.

Most people moving on from C25K keep a couple of runs at 30mins or less and only increase one run, as their weekly long run.

If it suits you that is great.

Keep running, keep smiling.

Unfortunately due to replacement hip I run on an outdoors cross trainer so my only options are time or speed. Over the past 3 months or so I've done a bit of both building up to the hour.Any other ways to push myself?
