Just wanted to share that I have had some bumps in the road, a small knee injury and lack of motivation with spaced out runs (not 3 a week) but I have managed to do week 7! Feeling much better and positive again now to continue to progress - I know it is possible and everyone else out there should also know this! We’ve got this!
