Run 2 is now complete and I feel proud of myself π I even managed to go at my partners pace for the final 60 second run. It was hard but it feels good to challenge myself. I can only do to runs a week so Iβm looking forward to next week and continuing on this journey.

Congratulations to you AlexandriaH98 on completing run 2 of week 1 of C25K, take all the runs slowly, you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration, no running on consecutive days as that could cause a injury, onwards and upwards to run 3 of week 1 ππΎ π

BUT ... be careful NOT to get dragged into having to keep up with your partner - this is very important for a beginner starting C25K.
Your partner's pace may be completely unsuitable for *you* at this stage. Make sure you go at a pace that works for YOU and only you. IF that means something MUCH slower than your partner, then so be it.
