Yesterday I did the 20 min run and worked out that during this time I had run a mile and a half. I am amazed at myself, I never thought I could do this and I so don't care in anyway if it isn't a very good time over that distance. Thank you to you all from the fat girl at school who couldn't do sports and wasn't picked for any teams but who can now run a mile and a half. I just would never in a million years have done this without you all ❤️❤️😁
