Gotta love seeing a snail break into a sprint! That really does demonstrate the improvement in fitness levels. I remember going from surviving a run to being able to finish it stronglyβ¦ an amazing milestone on the journey. Itβs great to read you have had this experience already.

Well having completed wk3 run3 on Thursday in cheap trainers without any issues at all,

Just finished week 9 run 3. First cool night in awhile so I pushed it a few extra minutes and ended
