I was not feeling it when I went out, had the whole how can I do a continuous 20mins after doing nowhere near that amount. Well I done it and felt quite comfortable. This is my 3rd attempt at couch to 5k but something feels different this time around. The biggest this time is just how amazing I feel after doing it and can see reaching week 9.

Congratulations on completing week 5 run 3.

That's a great run to get under your belt , well done.

You will probably be smiling all day now 😁

Take your time with week 6 run 1 as it often catches people out with going back to intervals!

Keep running, keep smiling.

This is a hugely psychological run- well done for rising to the challenge!
