Today, I am going to do my first run of my second attempt at C25K. Only made it halfway last year, but this time, I want to see it through to the end. I keep telling people about it (friends, family, colleagues) because that helps me create "pressure" (not the bad kind ) enough to keep doing it. Also, I set myself a goal: Take part in a 5K run in June. Hope I`ll make it!

I am already trying to get a few friends running with me in a few weeks (as most of them are fitter than me), and the plans are there - let's see whether we will stick to them or not :DI'll definitely take it slow this time and try to better pace myself in order to be able to be able to run on a regular basis, like the plan suggests. I'm on my third time round (on week 2) and would also love to aim for a 5k in June as that's when I hit 50 and it would be the best present I could give myself. You can definitely do it, keep going and good luck!
