Hey Everyone!
Today, I am going to do my first run of my second attempt at C25K. Only made it halfway last year, but this time, I want to see it through to the end. I keep telling people about it (friends, family, colleagues) because that helps me create "pressure" (not the bad kind ) enough to keep doing it. Also, I set myself a goal: Take part in a 5K run in June. Hope I`ll make it!
