If your experience was anything like mine today, it was far too warm and humid to do a long run. I overdressed and overheated.
Maybe you needed some recovery time from your session last night.

Well, you may not have enjoyed it, but you went for a run! A few of us had odd runs today, maybe it was wild, warm and windy where you were? I was sliding around in mud for a lot of my route today.The next run will probably feel better
Hi Lestriesherbest ..some runs are just like that & there’s not always a reasonable explanation for why this can happen…maybe you might’ve needed just a little bit more rest after the other things you’d been doing, it could be that or a mixture of things…but you went for a run & even those kind of runs are better than no run at all 😉
