Unbelievable - an hour

Amazingly I ran for an hour yesterday. This was just inconceivable 4 months ago

I still listen Denise and the Week 9 podcasts as it gives me the time checks and she's very reassuring!. Once I've run through the warm down I find then it easier to pace with the music & talk myself into keeping going

What a great achievement! I got to 52 minutes not long before Christmas, but continuing problems with post viral fatigue following covid last October have laid me flat again and I managed just 2.5k in 26 minutes today before lactic acid got the better of me and I had to stop 🙄

Keep up the great work Hidden hopefully I will be snapping at your heels again soon 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️
