What a beautiful sunny day we’ve had in the south; it was very mild @ 15*C.

The days are getting longer; today it wasn’t dark until a little after 17:30.

Wonderful run and weather for you in the south of England hells bells, yes the days are getting longer, but have a thought for the people in the far north of Scotland who have been without power and heating due to 90 mph winds, even snow, only now they are getting there electric heating back on.

Thank you for your kind words. I don’t feel like I’m ‘smashing it’, because I feel like a tortoise.

But I’m pleased I’ve got to this point & I'm looking forward to more runs.

Tortoises can be quite speedy when they want to be!

I'm pretty slow but it doesn't bother me too much. The freedom and headspace running gives me is reward enough
