W7R2 - C25K Diary (sorry if I am preaching to the converted)

Completing the C25K program is NOT about speed, it's about getting non-runners going from zero to be able to run continuously for 30 minutes within the 9 week program.

Seven weeks in and I running 25 minutes straight, I think the program is doing what it says on the tin. But the added bonus for me tonight is, I covered just under 4.5k in 25 minutes. Seven short weeks ago I would have definitely have said that was impossible.

W7 summary: stamina; GOOD, Recovery; GOOD, Pace; getting there 👍

It's all relative! I'm doing that distance including the warm up and cool down walks. I suspect I walk faster than I run 😄

That’s a solid session! Hats off to you sir!

Almost home now, it’s just around the corner, just keep your shirts near by!

I know, I can't believe how quickly the weeks have disappeared. And I can't be the only one to be superstitious about their running gear lol. :)
