Yes I really do…. Having completed C25K- I took a little longer & struggled- so folks keep going… I now love running & have joined the local running club… I’ve entered a half marathon…& last night ran 6.5 mikes and found it easy!! & the lead runner told me how much he’d seen my stamina improve …& he called me a runner… not bad for a once overweight (I have lost 4 st 9lbs), 56 year old woman…. I am the slimmest..& fittest I’ve been in years…. (I also swim 2500 m 2 or 3 times a week!!!)
So for those of you on here that struggle-keep going as I used to hate running!!!!

There is so much to love! Well done, the exhilaration in your voice comes through in your post. Sounds like running has changed your life in so many ways. As a woman of a certain age, I particularly like being able to eat what I want without putting on weight!
