Love running!

Well I never!

I went for my run and at last… took the advice everyone on these forums tells me, to run slower, so I did and it was great!

I actually ran my best pace, kept running for 25 minutes ( as I usually need to stop at 20)

I usually feel exhausted for the rest of the day, but now only feel moderately tired!

I’m so pleased!

And yes, I know I should have done this ages ago.

I run alone, so just wanted to share my joy of running & learning about my running experiences!

Thankyou for all the lovely helpful daily advice from these forums

Great post from you Sammyyy, I am so happy that you enjoy your running and well done on running non stop for 25 minutes and you didn't feel too tired after your run,, it won't be long before you can get back to running 30 minutes and not feel the least bit tired
