Morning! I’ve just completed my first week C5K, it was fun. A niggly pain in my left knee is a nuisance though. Should I be concerned? I really don’t want to stop the program. I’m 69 and very fit from walking loads (dogs). I’ve done the warming up/down exercises each time. My knee feels tender but I can walk normally. Any thoughts?
