Running for me has always been something that only super fit people can do. I would watch people thinking to myself i wish i could do that. It always looks like such a great way to relax and take in the world around you.
Thanks to Couch25k i am on my own little journey to become one of those people.
Just completed wk3 r1. So so proud that i actually managed to run for 3 mins without stopping. I actually felt i could go for longer. Looking forward to r2&3 of this week.

Of course you can do this, you'll be a real runner very soon..out there loving it 😁Keep to the program.. one run at a time, some will be tough, but stick with it..youl be great!
