Thankyou for the welcome. My goal is to run outside as I know it’s more difficult than on a treadmill so tomorrow here goes. Not going to beat myself up if it’s a gradual build up .
I don't know that it is more difficult...........I would die of boredom on a treadmill.

A gradual build up is good! I am one of those people who likes to sprint headlong into things and find that I need to remind myself to be patient whilst following the couch to 5K plan. Sometimes it feels like such a long while, but I know I must follow it if I want to be successful! And all the wonderful graduates here are testimony to its patient success.

Outdoor run will now take place tomorrow as I was up for work at 4 and I’ve just finished so now having a cuppa . Fingers crossed I finish earlier tomorrow if not then il stay positive and see what Wednesday brings. 🥴
I've only ever run outdoors in the 18 months or so I've been running regularly.
