Good for you ! This programme won’t necessarily help you lose weight - healthy eating is also essential - but it will build tone, fitness, stamina and muscle. Muscle uses calories much quicker than fat, so it’s all good. A lot of us out here are carrying too much weight, so we understand, and we’re all right here with you. Enjoy your journey x
