W2, run 2 finally did - how to fit in runs with life + plus tech saga 3.0

Like a thief in the night, well 7.30am, I rose from my toasty bed this morning, donned all the neon and finally completed W2 R2. Three days later than planned as struggled to find the time around a super busy work schedule. Have to think about planning and sticking to runs. Really enjoyed the session given the chill. Appreciated those 2 mins walk today - could 'see my breath' the whole way round. Brrr! Definitely need to make some app changes. It continues to start/stop and this is quite anxiety inducing. Had to run with my phone out for much of it, which isn't ideal. I want Denise on my side but may have to admit defeat and try accessing the online option. Can we still record our runs online rather through the app? The visuals also really help and motivate me. And I need that! Don't want to have an adrenaline-fuelled strop and stop running altogether if the tech becomes a metaphorical stone in my trainer! Have a good day one and all!

Well done.

The app is flakey and I always ask those who are having issues with it to report it to the developers via their download site, otherwise they do not know.

The old school podcasts do not record your progress but they have all the same timings and information, so long as you can handle the music imposed.

Most of us wondered how to fit running into our lives. It becomes much easier once you are well and truly hooked and you redefine your priorities.

Well done. The previous app hack was always close all apps then open only c25k and your music (if using) start the app first then the music. That used to help.

I get up super early to make sure I have time to run before work. I'm usually already working by 7.30... but it's always worth it 👍🏻😁

Yep, all other apps off. But I think receiving a WhatsApp message might have initially impacted? 🤷🏽

🤔 maybe... are you streaming music? If not you could try putting it into airplane mode which will stop all incoming. It is very annoying.

I'll give it a go. But I deffo need my choons to get me round! And yes! Loving the getting up mega early to run. Hope I can incorporate that into my routine more often. Felt 🔥after my sesh this morning. I need to be more GoGo_JoJo!
