Hello everyone,

Another year over, new one just begun and all that. So great to see runners posting on here both new and returning. I'm hoping to be back up to 5K running soon - today's run was another 5K ish run-walk, fairly unstructured - I did consider going back to the Couch to 5K structure, and maybe I will, but for now just slow running and walking as I felt. I never quite *stopped* (though I did stop posting here ) so I do feel like I'm not pushing myself too hard.

I did make the run themed again though

Hope 2022 brings everyone many lovely runs!

Edited to add: I am being more diligent than ever with post-run stretching, after an incident with a few too many stairs a couple of weeks ago. Somehow I didn't consider that 15 flights of stairs counted as exercise...

Happy new year icklegui glad to hear you’re still getting out there! I never thought about writing 2022, let alone working out which local roads could be used!Good luck with your running/ walking, just do what feels right for you! 🙂👍

hi! it was more a case of noticing the streets and then going for it, I am not so creative! Back when I started couch to 5K I spent so much time staring at the map and getting to know the area! Thanks and HNY to you
