I'm fed up of buying running leggings and then finding they gradually slip down from my waist to my hips as I run (I'm a female). Anyone got recommendations for good ones that stay up, have a key/phone pocket, come in lots of sizes and different lengths and colours, and don't cost the earth? Cheers!

Ronhill are great. Mine are going strong after 2 years. Yes, they're not the cheapest but I've picked up some great Ronhill bargains on Ebay
In case you haven't found it CaspersW , here's the post to which IannodaTruffe is referring: healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
I second the sturdy by design comment. Love this brand and they stay up a treat
Yes I replied to this post yesterdaySturdy by design are great and do come in different lengths
Also Tikiboo are lovely but a bit long for a shorty like me
Rainbows and Sprinkles, M&S, Tesco. Sometimes it just depends on the design.
Another vote for ronhills - can't go wrong. I also like Sweaty Betty, but I only buy them in the sales.
Puma every time. Size up though. Key pocket at the back. Wash great. Good lengths-variety of styles and colours
