W2R3 Help - my leggings keep falling down

I’m wearing sports ones but it’s such a pain when you are not in a gym and don’t have a holder for your water - makes pulling them up after each run burst very tricky.....anyone have any recommendations for leggings that stay put?! 🙄😬

I love (read am addicted to) Sturdy by Design leggings.

I have to stop myself from buying them.

They stay put, wash well, dry quickly.

I would say buy a size up.

I'm size 12 but get large.

They have a deep waist band with a drawstring.

I know a lot of people also like Tikiboo .

Would really recommend gymshark leggings, I’ve tried lots of various sports brands and have never found any leggings which are so comfortable and stay up so well even when sprinting

Thanks - my daughter wears these too but I thought it was a teen must have thing as they are pricey!! Might treat myself 🤣

They are quite expensive but it’s honestly worth it for the quality! I don’t buy leggings from any other brand anymore

Oh yes! I have a collection of Lucy Locket leggings. They are very comfortable and stay up! There is a small zipped pocket at the back to hold a phone. I don't know if they are taking orders at the moment, but there are some amazing designs. Happy running :)

Just as an aside, you don't need to be carrying water...

I have to agree that if you’re hydrating adequately in both your run and non running days you shouldn’t need to be carrying water. Drinking 2-3 litres a day should become a habit and will help you to run more comfortably and also to avoid injuries. If you must take water I’d suggest investing in a running belt with a bottle holder.
