Much easier? That's interesting!

Did you realise you've just gone from 9 minutes of running last week to 16 this week?

Hi yes 3 minutes was a killer for me,not ran that long in well over 20 years.wk 4 definitely easier for, dont know why, I was dreading it.

A lot depends on the circumstances. I had no trouble with the first two runs of week 4, but the weather for the third one was abysmal: in July, a drizzly gap between deluges and high humidity. I struggled to finish.

In contrast, the next run, W5R1, was in much fresher morning air, and I loved it.

Congratulations! I just finished Wk4 R1 last night and wouldn't say it was easy, but was certainly achievable, and felt great knowing I had done 16mins of running!
