I use either the podcasts or the app. The podcasts give you a whole package - Laura’s voice telling you what to do and encouraging you with music that is the right pace for the walking /running. Otherwise you can use the app with your own music/ audio books etc. This gives you Laura’s voice coming in over your own listening materials.
Sorry, I don’t know about the app on Android- but someone else who knows will come along I’m sure.
Thanks Leadfoot. I also use that. I have downloaded a HealthUnlocked app to the iPad and was looking for the same on android, but I don't think it is there.
To be honest, I'll probably stick with the Podcasts as the music worked well for me. Will try and match it up with MapmyWalk or maybe Strava later.
