I can"t find a way to reply to all the people that gave me advice in the same message. am I missing something?
so thanks for all the advices, as a farmer I work in the cold most days so i am used to wearing lots of clothing, and i think i have a tendency to wear too much for runs.
anyway, my last run was week8run2 and a complete fail, well i had cold wind in my face and I found it hard to breathe and to run.
I have found it hard to find time to run 3 times a week ever since we have changed the clocks end of october, because I will not run in the night, people here are driving like idiots and I am scared.
so I think I will finish the program running only once or twice a week, and do hiit training the rest of the time. it is frustratring and it was much easier to keep the motivation when i could run any time I wanted.
