Just finished the 27th and final run of the programme. In just 9 short weeks (Literally short, only 6 days in each.) I’ve gone from running for 60 seconds to running continually for 30 minutes. To say I’m proud of myself is an understatement. I’ve amazed myself. Can’t recommend the programme enough.
