Disappearing sound on the App!

Hello fellow runners, does anyone have a solution to this problem? Sarah Millican is my coach and I can now barely hear her through my headphones, although my music comes through loud and clear. I have adjusted the sound level to maximum in the app, but it has made no difference. Has anyone else experienced this issue and have you managed to resolve it?

Does the music reduce in volume a second or two before the coach speaks? That’s what should happen.

What app is your music on? Do you listen to both channels, in stereo, or just one ear?

Yes, the music does reduce in volume just before the coach speaks. The music is on iTunes. I listen to both in stereo.Thank you for your reply.

iTunes should be compatible. I don’t know what it could be then, sorry.

I haven't experienced this, you could try uninstalling and then reinstalling the app or post a comment about the app in Google Play or App Store this it where the developer finds out about any issues.
