hey all, I started C25K late last winter. I've never been a runner and have never really enjoyed it, but I was desperate for something that I could do throughout the various lockdowns. I made it to the end of week 7 and then my work got busy and I got out of the habit. I jumped back in this fall. I didn't feel like I needed to go all the way back to week 1 so I tried week 3 and it was quite doable. I thought about skipping forward more, but decided to just train steady and slowly. I've finished week 7 again and did my first week 8 run this afternoon. It was probably my most enjoyable outing so far. Looking forward to finishing this time. Work won't be the distraction but it is getting chilly here in Alberta where I live. Still trying to figure out the right amount of clothing to wear when I head out. I was downloading the podcast version of the runs because the app isn't available to me here, but now none of them will download or even play from the podcast app. I get an error message. Has anyone else had this issue or know if there's anything to be done? Fortunately I can still read the descriptions on the podcast site, so i just set up an interval timer to match the prescribed run and play my own music. I like my own music but miss Laura a little bit

Hey - I'm in NS and asked the same question about winter run clothing. The attached was provided and had worked well for me so far, although it hasn't got really cold yet (and probably won't in NS).
I've really enjoyed the later runs and moving from 'how long until I can stop running' to 'am I pacing myself correctly to make sure I complete and do as much as I can in the time'. Still working that out. Good luck!
