Just finished my 2nd run of week 4. This one was quite tough, not sure why but got through it anyway. Maybe it was because I did some cycling the day before? I am terrible for doing too much too soon so following this program is really helpful for me.

Felt stronger at the end. 2 days rest now.

On the plus side I have now lost half a stone!
