I turned 40 six months ago today (which is where the profile pic is from!), having started C25K a couple of days before. I’ve just run my third 10km (my fastest one yet) and I’ve knocked 5 mins off my 5km time since I graduated in June. I run three times a week without fail and, although I didn’t particularly have any weight to lose, I’m 5lbs lighter than when I started too (and my jeans are definitely looser!).
The programme has given me everything I hoped it would and more - just wanted to document my journey and I hope it might help others who are going through the programme now or thinking about getting started - you can do it
