Graduated! Did it! Waaaaargh!!

Nine weeks ago I started couch to 5k in the middle of the hottest summer for 40 years 🤦🏼‍♀️.... cannot quite believe that nine weeks later I’ve just completed the programme, and did just over 4.5k on my very last run! Nearly cried when I got to the end as I ran literally towards the setting sun. Have lost a stone in the process, feel amazing and so proud of myself. Can’t wait to keep going, definitely got the bug! Congratulations to everyone doing the programme whatever stage you’re at, you are smashing it and you’ll continue to smash it!

It really does its felt like a really long journey but one that happened really fast?? Or is that just me? I'm on the hunt for a 5k run local to me now. The only one I've found so far is a santa dash lol x
