Welcome to the forum and C25K Adyimproving, once you begin the program with run 1 of week 1 take all the runs slowly, you can repeat any runs or weeks if you wish to, drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration, no running on consecutive days as that could cause an injury, good luck with your running journey with C25K.

Welcome to the forum and well done on your decision.

C25K really does change lives.

This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

and includes advice on minimising impact, stretching after every run, hydration and strengthening exercises, all of which will help.

Enjoy your journey.
