Setting goals to keep me motivated.
So I've been working on my 5k's. On completing my c25k, like many others I wasn't anywhere near 5k, nearer 3k 😂 Since July I've worked on running for longer until I got to actually doing the full 5k jogging. My 1st attempt was about 50 minutes. I then started trying to up my speed a little and today I did it in 44.33, I know this is still slow compared to many but I really don't care 😉
2 of my goals are accomplished so my next goal is to aim for 60 minutes jogging time.
