I graduated end of February running just under 4K in 30 minutes. Have stuck to my graduation route since then and got a bit quicker.
Today I decided to see if i could keep going until i reached 5K and i did it! It took me 35 minutes. I'm feeling very good!
I did it!

Congratulations and well done. I am jealous of your time as it takes me about 40mins to do the 5k. Keep up the good work.

It's all running! 40 minutes is good too - i haven't managed to run for that length of time. Mind you, when i started a minute seemed too long!
