I did run three of week 6 a couple of days ago. As I got to the half way point I was stopped by a walker asking for directions and ended up standing still for a minute or two. I then walked for a bit to get moving again before getting back into my slow jog for the rest of the run.
I did tack on a couple of extra minutes of running at the end to make up for it. But as I didn’t actually achieve 25 minutes of continuous running, should I repeat that run when I head out today, rather than moving on to week 7?

Although week 7 runs are 25 minutes just like week 6 run 3 , it is a progressive training program, so you will get the best out of it by completing every run .
Don't see many walkers where I run and at that time in a morning, I do see a few regular dog walkers but I just wave from a distance or avoid eye contact and keep going, I know I will see them later on my evening dog walk when I'm not running by.
I think see how you feel if you think you need to do the run again do it, and don't stop for anybody this time, but you should be Ok to move on because its all 25 minutes on W7
