That is what I achieved this morning, I cannot believe it!!
I had my gall bladder out 2.5weeks ago and remember feeling crap that I’d have to pause running for recovery… I’ve built my way back in to the game and today is the proudest I’ve felt so far!!!! 🙈💁🏽😜
I am so happy 🙈
Runners high is real for sure! It doesn’t even bother me that I’ve lost no weight since I started, that is something I would have obsessed over prior to finding my passion for running! Also the picture shows the sweat on my top lip… bothered..? Nope 😂🤷🏽♀️

You deserve to be so happy and also very proud of yourself, congratulations on running 3.61 kilometers in 28 minutes non stop, I assume that is run 1 of week 8, if so you have only 5 more runs of C25K until you graduate.
Wait a minute… I didn’t even know about the gall bladder when you were disappointed at your distance on a previous run… so whatever I said the times 100!
Hell of a difference in distance with a small change in time since then… I’m no doctor but I think you’re recovering well 🤪
