I am really enjoying this programme! I was anxious about the change of timings this week but I managed it! Really proud of myself. And excited to run again!

We are proud of you too. It’s good to have a little anxiety with the steps up, it keeps you from running too hard, and it also has you learning to coach yourself through the voice in the head that says “you can’t do this”. This is a mental battle too, and you’re going to finish this plan mentally stronger as well as physically.
