Week 7 run 1

So I checked what time sunrise was and was out at 6.20am! I planned that I could get everything done before 7am (my daughters 1st day back to school). I got home and she was already up! Packed lunch was prepared last night. All went to plan. Feeling a bit tired but accomplished! Shuffle jog done for the day! 😁
