Done it was feeling a bit anxious but back held up knees held up took it steady and it went well. Bank holiday no work no grandkids celebrated with a radox bubble bath laid back listening to the Archers omnibus drinking a decaf late. So rock-n-roll 😂

That anxious feeling I know well. Great feeling once it’s done tho. Can’t beat a bit of The Archers! 👍🏼

Thanks another good and useful read. I think I was worried my back would play up instead of being positive and telling myself if it did I could stop and try again

You've got it.

If you are sensible you only have to deal with the situations that arise......not worry about those that may never happen.

A relaxed runner is far more efficient than a tense runner.
