I'm not gonna think about it. I'm just gonna do what Laura tells me to do when she tells me to do it. I am going to be slow and steady. I will not fall over, get shin pain, sore calfs, pins and needles in my foot or not be able to breathe etc etc etc.
If I think about it I'll go nuts worrying!

Go for it Dovercourt! You are getting stronger every time, it will get easier! I didn't think I would be able to do it and yet I ran 28 mins this morning with my mutt prancing along side!! I sound like an old steam engine but hey!!!
I agree with Cloudchaser - just go for it! I should do W9R1 on Friday and feel apprehensive. But you can always slow the pace if you are struggling. If you have done all the previous sessions you'll be fine!
You will be fine but you know, you are already listening to your body very well, otherwise you would't be able to list all those niggles, cos that's just what they are, niggles and you'll soon get them sorted out. Pins & needles could be sorted by just loosening off your laces over the high front part of your shoe. Good luck, you'll be fine.
Thanks Oldgirl. I took your advice and loosed my laces a little. It really did help but I may have to do it a bit more (I didn't get any pins and needles until right at the end).
I'm always aprehensive before hand but afterwards, it's great! You've done 4 runs already! Almost a pro, go run!
