My first run of W7 took me ages to find the podcast only seemed to go up to W6 but found it eventually.

So pleased I managed the run and the 60 second faster pace at the end.

Yes I think I may be getting addicted

Congrats. You are ahead of me (starting W5 this week) but I’m finding myself looking forward to getting out and doing it - never thought that would happen!
