Week three

I have really felt the runs this week in my thighs. Have made sure I have done plenty of stretching so I don't hurt the next day. Not sure whether to do an extra couple of W3 runs before moving on to W4. What do you think?

It won't do any harm to repeat any session........ every run makes you stronger.

However, if you are repeating because you lack confidence you will manage W4, have faith. This post about mental approach may help. healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

Trust the plan. Believe in yourself.

I am no expert so will leave advice to those that know but my personal experience of c25k was that my legs felt like every run which I completed was my absolute limit. However, much to my surprise, I was always able to complete the next step . So in my case "have faith in the plan" was the thing that got me through.
