Feel a little not sure about it, and planning to do it in the evening.
The runs on week 4 went well. Just not looking forward to having to do it the 20 min run at the end of the week.

I’ll be doing it tonight , was away for the weekend or would have done it last night so can put it off no longer!
I’m really anxious about it- feel daft about that- but just cannot imagine running for 20 minutes!😳😱
When I started I couldn’t imagine running at all- there’s a lesson there maybe?
Good luck 🤞
If you enjoyed week 4, you’ll also enjoy week 5, it’s great. Just go slow and you’ve got it!
You will hopefully find the 20mins easier than you think, most people on here do. It's a mental challenge really, your body has been prepared for it it's just a case of getting your head to believe you can do it ..... which of course you can. Good luck and remember to Go Slow and slower still if you get a bit puffy or heavy legged 🍀🍀🏃🏽♀️
If you don't want to do a twenty minute run, then you don't have to.
This is a voluntary training plan, not a boot camp............but if you want to complete the plan, then you will have to run for thirty minutes, so it is inevitable that you will have to run lesser durations on the way..........so why are you not looking forward to it?

Be positive, it makes a world of difference.
I am just about going to start it.
